Lauren puts a lot of thought and heart into what she does

I recently sold Lauren Mahakian a home in Solvang for the purpose of renovating it and utilizing it as a boutique care home for her clients that have Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia. She has several boutique homes in the South Bay area in Torrance and her clientele and their families have always had a beautiful experience and feel that their loved ones are safe and secure. Now that she is expanding to the Santa Ynez Valley more individuals and their families will be able to experience the same care for their loved ones. They are run very strictly with licensed medical professionals and caregivers. Activities, on site, are provided for her clients with a lot of thought and energy. Lauren puts a lot of thought into making sure that her clients are constantly being challenged mentally and puts her heart and soul into what she does and the lives that she touches. I feel fortunate that I was able to sell her her first property in Solvang
and am confident that this is just the beginning of many more to come.
