When you need timely, personal, and supportive professional advice, our call-in memory care program can help.

Your Dementia GPS

Wouldn’t it be nice to know that you could simply pick up the phone and get expert advice regarding your loved one’s care? Now you can with Your Dementia GPS, our call-in memory care program.

One of the greatest challenges families experience when caring for a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer’s is that needs may change from one day (or instance) to another. You may suddenly feel that you lack the tools, know-how, or ability to satisfy the many aspects of care. For these circumstances, we have designed a call-in memory care program. Whether your choice is to Skype, FaceTime, or call, we have a package that will allow you to have experienced professionals that know your personal situation available to work through your concerns.

THE PROGRAM

We offer a subscription/fee-based call-in program to address all your concerns when caring for a loved one with memory impairment.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?

By phone, Skype, or FaceTime. Time set by appointment.

Have your Individual Needs Addressed

Blogs and support groups talk in generalities. When you subscribe to our call-in service, LAUREN will know all about your personal circumstances and will be available to walk you through any emerging concern.

Discern the Changes

On a day-to-day basis, needs, circumstances, extent of care, etc. can change. We never want to overreact and cause undue stress to our loved one, but underestimating can also be detrimental. Having LAUREN as a resource to help you navigate through these changes is essential. She knows how to prevent problems; and she also knows how to help your loved one thrive within the given circumstances. A call may be all it takes to understand the options.

You are not Alone
